Q:Can I get a sample?
A: Sure, we can 2-3pcs each item for free charge if the sample is available. Yes, samples are free. But express cost is on buyer's account. Shipping ways: EMS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT,China Post.
Q : What is MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 3000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order, we have some in stock.
Q:How to receive a price quotation in the shortest time?
A:When you send us an inquiry, please kindly make sure all the details, such as model NO., capacity, and cap, color, order
quantity. We will send you offer with complete details soon.
Q:How to start a custom project with your company?
A:We have strong designer team,we design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. Please send us your design
drawings (we also can create drawing for you) or original samples so that we can offer a quotation. If all details are confirmed,
we will arrange the sample making once received your deposit.
Q:What about the normal lead time?
A:Normally the delivery time is about 30days.
If we have stock, it can ship within 3-5 days once confirm order.
Q: About quality control.
A:We are very confident in our products, we also have QC team to control quality during and after production. Any quality issue,wewill deal with it immediately.
